Rice Flour, Water, Salt

Directions:

  1. Immerse an individual sheet of rice paper in water for a few seconds. Remove and place on a towel for one minute to soften.

  3. Fold one-third of the paper over the filling. Fold in both sides and continue to roll the paper to enclose the entire filling.
